Terms of Service

These terms govern use of this online store and purchases made through it. By browsing, submitting an order, or otherwise using the service, you agree to these terms and the policies linked from the footer. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be at least 18 years old or have authorization from a parent or legal guardian who accepts responsibility for the transaction.

Store access

Customer accounts, wishlists, and subscription newsletters are not offered. Checkout is provided as a guest. You are responsible for supplying accurate contact, billing, delivery, and payment information and for maintaining control of the device used to place an order. Interfering with security, automated abuse, scraping restricted areas, introducing malicious code, or using the service for unlawful conduct is prohibited.

Products and information

We try to present titles, descriptions, images, colors, ingredients, materials, availability, and prices accurately. Screens and photography may display color differently. Packaging and minor product details can change where the delivered item remains materially equivalent. Food buyers must review the current package for ingredients and allergen information before consumption. Contact support before purchase if a product fact is essential to your decision.

Pricing and promotions

Prices are shown in USD and may change without advance notice. Promotional pricing is temporary, does not represent a promise about a regular retail price, and is not a factual statement that the item was previously offered at a displayed comparison amount for any particular duration. A promotion may end, change, or be corrected at any time before order acceptance. Taxes and any available paid delivery service appear during checkout. Standard US delivery is free shipping under the Shipping Policy.

Orders and acceptance

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt; it does not by itself create final acceptance. We may reject or cancel an order for inventory errors, pricing mistakes, payment failure, suspected fraud, legal restrictions, or an undeliverable address. If a canceled order was charged, the appropriate amount is returned to the original payment method. Quantity limits may apply to protect availability.

Payment

Payment is made by Credit/Debit Card through the methods displayed at checkout. The processor may place an authorization hold before capture. You represent that you are authorized to use the selected method and permit the applicable charge, tax, and approved delivery amount. We do not store full payment-card numbers in the theme or product content.

Fulfillment, delivery, and returns

Normal processing is 1-2 business days, followed by an estimated 4-6 business days in transit within the US. Carrier dates are estimates rather than guarantees. Eligible return requests must be started within the 30 day window described in the Refund Policy. Approved refunds generally require 5-10 business days after inspection to be issued, plus any time required by the financial institution.

Intellectual property

Store layout, original copy, code, graphics, and other protected material may not be reproduced, republished, or exploited without authorization. Product brand names remain the property of their respective owners. A purchase transfers ownership of the physical goods, not rights in trademarks, artwork, photography, software, or written material.

Third-party services

Shopify, payment processors, carriers, and other service providers may support the transaction. Their systems and independent terms can apply to the portions they operate. We are not responsible for a third party's unrelated website, content, or service merely because a link is available.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every error will be corrected immediately. Liability is limited to direct losses reasonably connected to the affected order and will not include indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages where such exclusions are lawful. Some jurisdictions do not permit every limitation, so mandatory rights remain unaffected.

Changes, law, and contact

We may revise these terms prospectively by posting an updated version. Continued use after posting means the revised terms apply to later activity.
